Great location for weekend getaway! The rooms were cozy and the view was breathtaking from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us recommendations and directions to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, we loved the complimentary breakfast that was included in our stay and enjoyed having access to the gym.
Their communication with non-native language speakers could use some improvements. We encountered some difficulties with check-in and billing due to a language barrier and it took quite a bit of time to resolve.

The hotel's location was great, it was close to a lot of popular attractions and public transportation. the breakfast also had a decent selection of food and was included in the room price.
The rooms were incredibly small and outdated. None of the staff spoke English or even Spanish, which made communication incredibly difficult.
